Organizational Aspects and Practices for Enhancing Organizational Project Management Maturity

An organization’s performance in a project is determined by its ability to implement management knowledge and practices. This reflects the level of maturity (PMM). PMM premised on belief that higher level, successfully deliver project. With this mind, current paper aims determine type organizational aspects practices could influence success implementation organizations. For purpose, systematic literature review (SLR) was performed 23 articles published between 2011 2021 studied PMM. The findings showed most stressed culture integration with strategic initiatives. Among all industries, information technology industry stood out. Content analysis used for analyzing data, which were thematized using ATLAS.ti. Ten sub-themes emerged, six under four These sub-themes, intertwined growth organizations, positively impact delivery performance. Based this, several future research opportunities proposed.
